Apple Tablet Rumors of "Awe"

Steve Jobs, the Apple Inc chief executive officer announces a new product, the Apple tablet, set to launch today.This newly released tablet is destined for a sales bolster. The tablet is a multi gadget of an e-reader, web surfer and app machine.Investors hope it will be as huge as the iconic "Iphone" and "Ipod". The touch-screen gadget bridges the gap between laptops, smart phones and electronic readers . There is huge long-term potential. Analysts predict sales from 2-2.5 million. At a possible selling price of $700 dollars could add $1 per share and generate 28 billion - 3.5 billion in revenue. Shares rose by 4%.

Apple's tablet history can be traced back to 1888 to the electronic stylus patent by Elisha Grant to capture motions of handwriting.In 1942 there was an initial patent for screen handwriting input.In 1956 there was a launch of a public demonstration of handwriting recognition input to modern computers.In the late 1960's there was a notebook computer proposal by Alan Kay. In 1990 an Apple Pen Mac was developed but not launched in favor of Newton operating software . Sophisticated technology for handwriting calligraphy was a device features based on a program that was Russian developed to attempt learning of users personal cursive writing styles . On March the 14th 1996, technology for handpicked letters (Rosetta) is released (Newton 2.0)On February the 27th 1998 Apple terminated Newton operating software, and in 2003 technology for touch /gesture was developed by Fingerworks to eventually operate on Iphone gadgets.In August 2005 there is a job posting by Apple for a handwriting recognition engineer.In 2006 Apple was granted a tablet computer patent, which led to the introduction of the Iphone. On January 9th 2008 there were reports that a year was spent on development of touch - screen technology for a device called "Safari-pad" but became elements of the Iphone.On July 27th 2009 the financial times in Britain reported the introduction of the Mac tablet.
