Tiger Woods injured in Traffic Accident or was it?

Tiger Woods, the world number one golfer was injured in a traffic accident early Friday,
Woods who is considered by many as the greatest golfer in history was taken to Health Central Hospital in Florida where the hospital representative, had told reporters that Woods was discharged from the hospital and that the accident was "minor".
While the golfer said the crash he suffered last week was hi s fault, police were investigating if the incident was a case of domestic violence.
The bizarre accident suffered by Tiger Woods during the early hours of last Friday may have occurred according to State Police Florida after a major row with his wife, model Elin Nordegren.
Although the world number one golfer posted on his website a statement in order to quell rumors of the alleged fight, authorities tried to determine what really happened.
Apparently, two days before the accident the magazine 'National Enquirer' had hinted that the golfer was cheating on his wife with a Rachel Uchitel, who waitresses in a New York nightclub.
Woods and Uchitel were believed to have had enjoyed a few romantic days in Melbourne, Australia.
Woods said in a statement “I am human and I'm not perfect ... I understand that there are irresponsible rumors, mostly false, baseless and malicious currently being circulating about me and my family”.
There are, however, celebrity gossip sites such as 'TMZ', who reported that Woods confessed the truth to a friend of his telling them how his wife attacked him after learning of his alleged affair.
The friend of the athlete revealed to the media that Elin Woods chased her husband out of the house and struck his car several times with a golf cart, distracting him and causing the panicked golfer to end up crashing into a tree.
In a first version of the event, Elin Woods said her husband had left home and shortly afterworlds’ crashed. When she witnessed the accident, she re-entered their home and picked up a golf club with which to hit and break the glass to free her husband.
My wife, Elin, acted with courage when she saw I was hurt and any other statement is totally untrue, "continued Woods, who says that the incident has been" very stressful, sad and difficult for all involved”.
The Florida highway patrol reported that the accident is under investigation and that charges are pending, but added that the incident is not related to alcohol consumption.
It is one of the richest sportsmen in the world and is considered one of the greatest golfers in history.
